Cornerstone Care is a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing community support through the local church. The primary goal of this project was to establish a sustainable outreach program that addresses the needs of vulnerable populations in our community.

One of the main challenges we faced was the lack of awareness and engagement among church members regarding outreach opportunities. Many individuals were unsure how they could contribute or get involved, resulting in limited participation and resources. Additionally, logistical issues arose in coordinating events and ensuring that resources were allocated efficiently.

To address these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive strategy that included:

• Digital Campaigns: We launched social media campaigns to raise awareness and encourage volunteer sign-ups.

The results were remarkable. Within six months, church participation in outreach programs increased by over 150%. We successfully launched several community events, including food drives, health fairs, and mentorship programs, which directly benefited over 500 individuals in need. The initiative not only strengthened community ties but also revitalized the church’s mission of service and compassion, making Cornerstone Care a model for future outreach efforts.
